Auditions will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you have an unavoidable conflict during any part of this time, please email Katie Bogdan kbogdan1@umbc.edu after submitting your application form, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please upload an artistic resume that describes and summarizes your artistic pursuits (participation in band/choir, years of lessons, etc.)

Please attach a offical or unoffical transcript from the previous institution you have attended.

All students auditioning with voice as their primary instrument must upload the sheet music for both of their audition songs as part of the application.

All students auditioning for the composition major must upload 2 to 3 original compositions for our faculty to review. Please attach the files individually or provide a Google Drive link.

All students auditioning for the music technology major must upload 3 audio files that you have had a hand in engineering, a text file detailing your role in the recording and how you made it, and a 1-2 minute video of you playing your primary instrument. Please attach these files individually or provide a Google Drive link.
